Who we are
This website is operated by PT. Penanda Citra Global (“NoSQuid”, “we”, “us”), Menara Cakrawala, Lt. 12, Unit 05A, Jln. M.H. Thamrin No.9, Jakarta 10340, Indonesia, which is responsible for the personal data submitted through it. In the United States, NoSQuid does business through Globo Race, Inc., a Delaware corporation in the same company group. For any privacy question, email [email protected].
What we collect
- Contact & project enquiries — your name, email, and optionally company, phone number, budget, timeline and message.
- Newsletter sign-ups — your email address.
- Testimonials — your name, email, role, company, rating and review. Your email is never published, and we only publish your name and company with your permission.
- Usage analytics — anonymous, aggregated information such as pages visited, referring site, device type and country. We do not use analytics to identify individual visitors.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed (consent — unsubscribe at any time).
- To publish testimonials you explicitly allowed us to publish (consent).
- To understand and improve how our website is used (consent for cookies, legitimate interest otherwise).
We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.
Cookies and local storage
We do not set any cookies unless you accept analytics cookies in our banner. Where available, we use a cookieless analytics tool (Plausible) that does not track you across websites.
Your browser’s local storage remembers your theme preference and your cookie choice. This information never leaves your device.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted processors, each bound by their own privacy and security commitments:
- Email — forms are processed by our own server, with no third-party form service, and delivered to our inbox through our email provider. The same provider delivers the newsletter.
- Analytics — Plausible Analytics and/or Google Analytics (only with your consent).
- Maps — the map on our contact page is served by OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when the map loads.
- Hosting & security — our hosting and CDN provider processes technical request data to deliver and protect the site.
How long we keep data
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, or longer if we start working together. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Aggregated analytics are kept for up to 26 months.
Security
This website is served exclusively over HTTPS with strict security headers and a Content-Security-Policy. Forms include spam protection: to limit repeated submissions, our server keeps the sender’s IP address in memory for at most 24 hours and never stores it permanently. Access to submitted data is limited to the people who need it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and the EU/UK GDPR — you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy as our website or the law changes. The “last updated” date above always shows the current version.
